Twin Rinks Stamford Hockey League provides year-round safe, enjoyable, competitive hockey for men and women ages 18+ years of all abilities, from novice to those who played in high school or college.

Stamford Twin Rinks is the Official home to the SHL. Located at 1063 Hope Street in Stamford CT, Twin Rinks has been the preeminent skating center in Lower Fairfield County for over 20 years, focusing exclusively on providing the finest hockey and skating instruction, challenging competition, and enjoyable activities for people of all ages and skill levels.
